Room was clean and very nice. Looks of the Inn on the outside is very run down and lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

Great property to return to again for a short stay in Grande Prairie.

The staff were very polite and quick to offer assistance. We asked for an extra blanket which they brought up right away. We also had some difficulties with the remote (either it wasn’t working or we just weren’t smart enough to know how to use it) and they brought another one up right away. Breakfast was wonderful and free. The room was very affordable. We had booked a king bed with walk in shower and they upgraded to full bathroom. General cleanliness was good. Bed was very comfortable. My only criticism is I found the lighting quite dark.

This is our go to hotel in Grande Prairie. It is clean, quiet and the breakfast is great. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms have a large fridge and plates, utensils and cups and a microwave. I prep our meals ahead of time to bring with us and we can hear them. This hotel is wonderful and clean. We stay here every time we are in Grande Prairie.

First I want to say the employee at the front desk (Glenn) was very friendly and helpful. A very pleasant young man always smiling and eager to please. Also the staff at the breakfast for very friendly and efficient. The bed was comfy. Some things that could improve would be having a coffee table in the rooms so there is a place to play cards or put out snacks. The walls must be thin as you can hear most anything outside your room. We did not like that the washroom near the dining was not accessible without going to the front desk to get a key. This can present a problem if clerk is busy with a client and one needing the key has health issues that requires a washroom quickly. Perhaps make the door only accessible with your room key if needing it locked. Having the option to have your Sunday breakfast that is included to have that amount deducted from the Sunday Brunch and customers pay the remainder, so that on a Sunday one didn't have to be rushed. But lots of positives so wouldn't not stay here again but would likely look elsewhere unless some of these things were improved.
